After a first acquaintance and a visit of the building-site, a quotation will be drawn up. Depending on the character of the project it contains a number of activities which are enumerated down below.

- assistance during acquisition of a building-site
- preparatory study, consultation of authorities to establish feasibility and possibilities
- conception of interior and exterior on the basis of the clients wishes
- drawings (autoCAD) to accompany them with demand for an authorization, a permit
- compose a dossier for a demand for a permit, a certificate et cetera
- further elaborate of the drawings, for with those we can actually construct.

After an agreement is accomplished we can go to work and make beautiful things together.
